World number 3 and reigning European Champion Sarah Noutcha (FRA) reached a new career milestone by capturing her first-ever World Cup title at the Women’s Sabre World Cup in Salt Lake City.

Italy's Michela Battiston, 28, secured the first individual senior international title of her career, winning the Women's Sabre Grand Prix in Orleans, the opening Grand Prix event of the international season.
